 Owner / Director Pat Birnie has been involved in camping since 1982 and has been a Counsellor, Section Director, Program Director and Outdoor Centre Director at Camp Tawingo since 1991. Assuming ownership of the Camp in 2003, Pat is working with past and current staff, parents and campers to ensure that all of the amazing and fun activities continue to be a part of the Arrowhead Experience. Now in his 6th summer at Camp, he is continuously looking at improving the Camp experience. This year marks an exciting twist with the introduction of his first child, Jack, who is enjoying all of his new friends and the attention of campers and staff alike (see Jack-in-a-box to the right). Alongside his wife, Becca BIrnie, pAt is dedicating all of his energy and focus on ensuring that the Arrowhead experience is the best around. |

| Assistant Director Michael Hinchley joined Arrowhead Camp in 1990 and has been a counsellor, instructor, and Program Director. As Co-Director, Mike, a teacher in Ottawa, continues to bring innovation and creativity to Arrowhead programs, ensuring that all campers are well and constructively entertained. |
